Returns are accepted if item is not as described, you will also be reimbursed for shipping costs.
Shipping Information:
Usually I ship either the same or next business day once payment is received. Of course, things do come up at times and if your item is delayed, I will notify you.
Multiple purchases will be packaged together and you will pay the new combined weight. Please contact me BEFORE paying if you plan to purchase more than one item so that I can give you the discounted rate.
I try to keep shipping cost as low as possible, but please remember that shipping supplies (tape, packing envelopes, peanuts, labels etc.) are not free. Most items are shipped in bubble mailers as these are the most cost effective way to ship these products. Boxes cost more to buy & weigh more to ship put some item need to ship in boxes. Along with the product packaging, bubble mailers provide adequate protection of the product itself.
I cannot be responsible for loss or damage during shipment if insurance is not purchased by the buyer. No exceptions. I keep all postal receipts as proof of shipping.
